BUG fixes
•Recipe in homescreen/workflow subtab, PDM jump to declaration solution.
•After user add value to Criteria loss sum row in Calculation, Criteria loss sum row is disabled forever.
•When LMR_GLEICHE_MATERIALIEN is ON and recipe has flag to combine to recipe trade name, PDM should not summing same MasterData for declaration from different sub recipes.
•AutoDekl crashing in Violation of PRIMARY KEY.
•Manual changes in AR/HE are not saved by language change.
•Missing percentage in tab Raw Material in Module Deklaration.
•Error when record is created in old system and using in new system.
•Problem with create new version on old recipe.
•Problem with merging.
•Remove "Overview/Übersicht" from Project via Permission.
•Columns 100KJ and 100kcal not correct.
