BUG fixes
•Popup menu items enabled for alternative component in Recipe/Recipe tab.
•Changed visibility of some items according to Sheet tab.
•Some items disabled as requested if they popped up over alternative material.
•Check if value in excel workbench is a numeric value. if not then value is skipped.
•Load additional permission groups for project also when user is part of group used in project.
•Changed flow to not unlink parts of trade name ingredient inside of combined one.
•Issue with new ingredient appearing in declaration.
•Now is possible to assign legal name also to parts of combined ingredient.
•Search for Material → Ingredients → Components did not work.
•Files got lost when using the Save as dialog.
•Search for values inside ingredients in specific language did not work.
•There have been double entries in ingredient text.
•Double popup for SAVE after copy claim function.

•Removed error in copying Manufacturing instruction when Source and Destination has different variants.
