Version - 12.2.34.1
Planned Release Date - Jan/19/26
•Master Data:
oWhen you change a product’s classification, the system now shows a clear warning so you understand the impact before saving your changes.
oWhen you copy Master Data using the right‑mouse‑button Copy master data function, change information is now saved correctly in PDM 12.2.
•Administration:
oYou can now define the resubmission period per product structure, giving you more precise control over when products need to be reviewed again.
oYou can now match Master Data even when it is inactive, making it easier to reuse or reference older or deactivated Master Data records.
•Administration/Search: For security reasons, the Show query function has been removed from user searches, preventing users from viewing the technical search query.
•Recipe: In Recipe, when you hover over a partner, the SAP number is now shown, so you can quickly identify the correct partner without opening extra screens.
•Simulation: Simulation costing methods in version 12.2 have been improved so you can run cost simulations more reliably and with more accurate results.
•Declaration: The ingredient list selection in the Declaration module has been enhanced to make it easier and more reliable to choose the correct ingredients for your declarations.
•SQL-Reporting:
oIn the new layout for attributes and reporting, criteria comments are now printed directly under the criteria name, so printed reports are clearer and easier to read.
oThe Reporting Cloud installer package has been cleaned up and no longer includes outdated files, reducing clutter and potential confusion during installation.
•Database: Internal processing was improved by changing a loop variable from a word value to an integer, resulting in more stable and predictable behavior.
•Reporting: For multi-language specifications, the header language in reports is now taken from the report language setting, ensuring the report header matches the selected language.
•Administration:
oIn Reporting Cloud, three ADM fields were showing internal codes from selection lists instead of the selected descriptions. The fields now correctly display the user-friendly descriptions.
oPermissions for Trade Names were not working as expected, causing access issues. Permissions have been corrected so users see only the trade names they are allowed to access.
oThe criteria custom fields Laboratory data and Comments were not saving properly. Values entered in these fields are now saved correctly.
oThe partner structure column appeared empty in some views. The column now correctly shows the partner structure.
oThe screen resolution could change unexpectedly while using the system. Resolution handling has been fixed so the display remains stable.
•Recipe:
oIn Recipe, text changes were not recorded in the change log after a mass change of processing status. These text changes are now correctly tracked in the change information.
oImpact analysis sometimes searched for a previously opened recipe instead of the current one. It now uses the correct recipe for impact analysis.
•Sky Reporting: After an update, users could no longer access the Sky Reporting Designer. Access has been restored so you can open and use the designer again.
•Reporting:
oSeveral issues in the IRP function caused incorrect behavior. These problems have been fixed to ensure IRP runs reliably.
oPrinting the Ingredient List (IL) from the Declaration module in Reporting Cloud produced a strange or incorrect layout. The printout now has a clean and correct layout.
oWhen updating Reporting, RDL backup files were placed in the wrong location. Backups are now stored in the correct folder.
•Database: In version 12, new suppliers were not appearing correctly in PDM. New suppliers now show up as expected.
•Declaration:
oThe Swissness information was not transferred correctly from Master Data through Recipe to Declaration. This transfer now works properly so declarations show the correct Swissness value.
oIn the Declaration/GDA view, the control status shown was sometimes wrong. The correct control status is now displayed.
•PDM GEN: PDM GEN was showing a database inconsistency warning that did not apply. The system no longer displays this incorrect warning.
•Master Data: Inactivation via mass change did not work for partners. You can now inactivate partners correctly using mass change.
•SQL-Reporting: Conversions for semi‑finished products did not work correctly for reporting, leading to wrong values. Conversions are now applied properly in reports.
•Project: In the SpecPDM Project Module, post‑activities were not started automatically in version 12.2.28.1. Post‑activities now start automatically as intended.
•Administration: Copying user settings caused an error for users. The copy user settings function now works without errors.
•Search: The search for raw materials by ingredient class in version 12.2 did not return correct results. The search now works as expected.
•Simulation:
oIn the Simulation module, the supplier was always pre‑selected in the Ingredients tab → Raw materials sub‑tab, even when it should not be. The system now respects the correct default selection.
oThe shadow preview module did not behave correctly and could show incorrect previews. The module has been corrected to show the proper preview.
Looking forward to hear your feedback.
