Features
•Declaration: Optimized ingredient list assignment in the Declaration module.
oThe ingredient list dropdown in the Declaration module now loads significantly faster and displays only relevant entries. It shows ingredient lists from the current recipe plus any lists already assigned to it. Assigning a list from a different recipe is now done exclusively via the "Select list" popup. This applies to ingredient lists, GDA lists, Declaration lists, and Allergen lists.
•Search:
oImproved Excel export for Inspection Plan status replacement.
▪The Excel file generated after replacing statuses in the Inspection Plan search now includes clearer labeling. A "Processing" header is added for better context, ambiguous field values are clarified, and irrelevant rows (such as template information not applicable to Inspection Plans) are removed.
oSearch for multiple SAP numbers in Inspection Plan search.
▪The Inspection Plan search now supports searching for multiple SAP numbers at once. Users can enter several SAP numbers separated by commas, just as they already can in the Master Data search.
oProcessing statuses and CSV format in Inspection Plan search export.
▪The Excel and CSV exports from the Inspection Plan search now correctly display processing statuses. The CSV file also uses proper column separators, so data appears correctly in separate columns.
•Recipe: New Semi finished Analysis report in the Recipe module
oA new "SF Analysis" report is available in the Recipe module's report selection. It provides a semi-finished product analysis with updated columns, adjusted font sizes, and correct unit display.
•Reporting: New Density column in recipe reports.
oRecipe reports now include a "Density" column. It shows the density value from Master Data for each material and sub-recipe present in the main recipe. The column appears in Layout 1, Layout 2, and Layout 2 12pt.
Bug Fixes
•Search:
oSearching for a specific ID in Master Data returned too many results instead of only the matching ID and its versions.
oThe "Values" lookup function in the Search module returned a "No data to display" error instead of results.
oThe Search module failed with an error when a numeric value was used in the Note 1 search field.
•Master Data:
oCopying ROH Master Data caused a "List index out of bounds" error.
oSaving changes in Master Data caused a "SpecPDM is not responding" warning.
oSaving newly created Master Data by copy took excessively long processing time.
oThe information window shown when attempting a status change without permission displayed with an outdated visual style.
•Reporting:
oThe customized Recipe report "Export recipe" failed to open.
o"SUM Vol. liquid" value in recipe reports displayed incorrectly when the Recipe column was hidden.
oThe default Spec template name and profile field disappeared after opening and canceling the Report Settings dialog.
oScheduled search reports showed an error message instead of an empty result when no data was available.
oThe Spec Report displayed zeros in the GDA Claim/Min Wt field instead of leaving it blank.
•Recipe:
oCreating a new Recipe variant crashed when a specific parameter setup was configured.
oManually added criteria in the Manufacturing Instruction disappeared under certain control status conditions.
oAdding an alternative recipe in the Recipe module triggered an error message.
oA rendering glitch in the user interface sporadically made the "Create new Subrecipe" function unusable.
oUsers without "Special release" permission were able to release recipes containing unreleased components by double-clicking on the component.
oThe rounding rule with a FIX value in GDA incorrectly displayed "N.A." when values were entered manually.
oSwitching the language in the Inspection Plan search caused an error.
oCopying an ingredient list between recipes in the Declaration module only preserved manual text changes in the currently selected language, losing changes in other languages.
oCreating a new variant from a recipe with sub-recipes containing alternative materials did not correctly copy the alternative materials to the new variant.
•Declaration:
oColumn setup in the Declaration NFP tab was not saved across all languages and disappeared after switching the language.
oThe Note 2 and Note 4 columns in the Declaration tab appeared grayed out unexpectedly.
oFootnotes in the ingredient list were missing a space between multiple values selected from the "Additional information" dropdown.
oCreating a new variety from a recipe with the "copy assignment" option enabled triggered an error, and unticking the option still incorrectly created the assignment.
oChanging the language in the Declaration module did not update all interface elements (such as the Status combobox and Test location dropdown) to the selected language.
•Administration:
oThe language selection dropdown did not persist consistently across all modules when navigating between tabs.
oThe user name in the task bar was cut off when the left panel was closed and reopened.
oThe tooltip on the settings icon on the Home screen was missing.
oThe "tolerance" checkbox label in the Calculation menu used incorrect capitalization.
•Costing: The date-based costing filter incorrectly included non-applicable costing methods in calculations, causing doubled cost totals.
•Project: The option to reset activity sorting in released or read-only projects was missing from the context menu.
