If you want to know which version of the Reporting tool you are currently using, run the 
Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) while running the Reporting tool, then right-click on the process called PDMReporting and select Properties. Select tab Details and you will be able to see the program version of the Reporting tool.
