In case you forgot your user name, please proceed as follows:
Click on Forgot your username/password?
A new page opens. Enter your e-mail address linked to your portal account and click Send.
You will receive an email with a link. Click the link and you will be redirected to a page where you can select your new password. Click Reset Password to confirm your new password.
