When you create contacts, you can also define a contact type:

This list is predefined by the Supplier's Guide. If you defined that one of them is a particular contact type and at the same time enabled Use Predefined Contacts in Form, then the contact will be automatically filled into the form when the contact of this particular type is required. You do not have to select this contact manually.
