From the Definition page, you can send an inquiry to your business partner. Click on Send request.
A pop-up window opens.
In the upper part of the window, you will find some basic information: the name of the form, the sender, and the receiver. Under Message, you can leave your questions/comments.
Click Send to send an email request to your partner. Your business partner can see your remarks without logging into the Portal.
