We are glad to inform you that the latest version 3.10.16.1 of the Supplier's Guide is out now. Below is the list of issues that were part of this upgrade.

Features

Repository: Users will now receive an e-mail, if a supplier updates a document.

oIf a supplier updates a document via repository including automatic release of updated version by the system and the email notification for Document Repository changes under Notifications/Issuer is set, users will receive an email notification about new released version including the information that changes have been made to documents by the repository.

oUsers are able to check specifications and set the status “accept” or “reject” version of specification, if needed.

oSending e-mails can be disabled by disabling Document Repository changes.

Bug Fixes

Registry: The Resend option for expired registry invitations did not work.

Common:

oSupplier's Guide was sending multiple e-mails.

oThe screen started to flicker when scrolling.

oIt was not possible to create a new position in a selection list.

oCriteria have been missing in the table of criteria.

oThe New Version function did not send the info e-mail to supplier.

oSome translations have been incorrect.

oCustomers could not see field Supplier contact on their specifications.

Master Form Editor:

oWhen changing names of columns via the Master Form Editor, the name of the column was changed in all categories under the section.

oIt was not possible to publish Master Forms in other languages than English.

Repository:

oExpired documents from the Repository could not be replaced.

oCertificates could not be updated.
