The reactivating of a deleted article can only be accomplished with a “correction”. The expiration date is to be removed from all packaging levels with “correction” and then, once the changes have been confirmed with the “confirm changes” button, they are sent to the pool.
After the confirmation has been received from the pool via a response message, the value in the DEL field needs to be deleted and replaced with an “A” in the ADD field, in the respective GTIN in the publishing interface. This can by made with button Reactivation.
Once the data has been saved with the button “Save” and the dialog closed, the publishing can be performed.
Through the receiving of a response message from the pool, the entry in the ADD field is changed to the R value and the publishing date is displayed. After this process, the CIC messages are to be expected from retail.
In the case of publishing to GLN after response will be all lines of GLNs marked in the column CIC with icon:
