In the View support logins dialog, you can view all logins performed via the external support login application. The user name and relevant comment, as well as the date and time of login and logout are displayed in the table. This section has only an informative role.
Administrator can enable/disable this button via Administration/Access level. The button access permissions can be found under Operating elements/Administration/Buttons/View Extern Support Logins.
