Since access to the server or locally saved documents can be different for each PC (workstation), the directories can be defined globally or client-specifically.
1.Path settings: Select the local storage directory and navigate to the folder where you will store specific data.
2.Type of assignment: Click on the required assignment type to associate it with the specified folder. The field next to the assignment type will contain the path.
3.Assignment type: S - directory assignment is system-specific and will affect all users, C - directory assignment affects only the user who is currently logged in.
4.Right-click on the assignment type and select Delete path entry to clear the path field.
