Each basic report dialog contains four buttons with the following functions:
1.Preview: Click this button to preview the specified report in a pdf viewer.
2.Export: Click this button to save the report directly to your hard drive.
3.Print: Click this button to print the specified report using the default printer (direct printing is possible only with having Foxit Reader pre-installed).
4.Cancel: Click this button to exit reporting.
