BOM (Bill of Materials)

The Bill of materials dialog is used for displaying a summary about the recipe draft along with all components, such as raw materials, semi-finished products, packaging aids, weight gain and loss components, as well as additives (dissolved up to the lowest level of raw materials with master number and assigned quantities).

1.Quick access toolbar: For more information, see Recipe/Functions & Processes/Basic Recipe Functions.

2.Materials: The recipe in a hierarchical structure with all sub-recipes and components.

3.Material details: Contains such details as identification numbers, quantity, weight and HACCP class. A grey color indicates sub-recipes, a red color unreleased, and a black color indicates released Master data components.

4.Right-click in this dialog opens a context menu with the following options:

 

Vertical grid lines: Show vertical grid lines.

 

Horizontal grid lines: Show horizontal grid lines.

 

Grid line both: Show both horizontal and vertical grid lines.

 

No grid lines: Show no grid lines.
Selected grid line option will be marked with sign_selected.

Fade column in/out: Show or hide columns. It is also possible to rename columns by double-clicking on their name.

Note: Unreleased recipe components are displayed in a different color (by default red).  The color can be defined separately for Master data objects and Recipes using designated program parameters.
