NEW FEATURES

+ Specification comparison

The system allows a more convenient vertical side-by-side comparison of various versions of one specification or multiple different specifications.

+ Template Manager

Improvement of Template Manager handling in Supplier's.

+ Allergen qualitative and quantitative alignment

When the user selects "not present" of an allergen when qualitative and quantitative fields are present then the quantitative field will be deleted to keep the record consistent.

+ General specification comment included in the email

When a new comment in the specification is added "Add new.." then this content is added to the notification email. When released or accepted from this version, when rejected from the previous version.

+ Send Request emails with attachments

Files can be attached to the emails sent between issuers and suppliers and vice versa. The Send Request popup allows up to 10 attachments, max. 5MB.

+ Email template editor

Option to edit email templates with localization.

+ Display comment in comparison

Comments are displayed in the comparison screen with the comment flag icon and the user can add new comments directly from the comparison screen.  

+ Recurring reminders

Optional setting to send reminders and do not stop until the specification is changed to status "released".

+ PDF file name with variables

The automatic PDF file creation can be optionally influenced to add variable to the file name.

+ Allergen shortcut to fill in negative

Shortcut button to set all empty allergens "Present as" to "-".  

+ Mandatory (additive) class

Optional setting to enforce the introduction of a class to an ingredient in case one or more classes were predefined.  

+ VAT/tax number request

Improvement in the identification of suppliers/partners to ensure that no duplicates are created. This requires a one-time data check of users with administrator role to check or insert the tax ID of the enterprise. This facilitates the onboarding of new users and reduces the risk of duplicate creations. This will further allow one supplier user (email address) to join more than one company.

+ Further internal corrections and upgrades
.NET 4.8 upgrade, digital signature of documents moved to Azure, security class refactoring, dll correction, DB layer rework, libraries reorganization, reference correction, Azure DevOps correction, optimized file storage.
