The Activity log shows the history of users' actions done in the Supplier's Guide. It is available only to the users with the user role "administrator." The log tracks certain activities (actions) done by the users belonging to the administrator's company; it does not show activities of users from other companies.
The log tracks the time-stamp, username, IP address, and action taken. You can filter the records of each column by clicking on the icon in the header.
1. A few different scenarios may occur which will be added to the Action Overview column:
If the action was done in a specification, then the log also shows the Specification name and the ERP number of the specification. If a specification was edited, information will display in the Action overview column.
If a user requests to change his password on the login page and changes his password through the link sent to him by email, "email link" is logged in the Action overview column.
If the administrator changes the password of another user, the username of the user with the changed password is logged.
2. The actions being logged are:
Accept: The issuer accepted a specification
Archive: The issuer archived a specification
Delete: The issuer deleted a specification
Draft: The issuer created specification
Edit: The user edited a specification
Log in: The user logged in
Log out: The user logged out
Password change: The user changed their own password or changed the password of another user
Reject: The issuer rejected a specification
Release: The supplier released a specification
Withdraw: The issuer withdrew a specification
