Issuers and suppliers may mark comments (the communication between two parties) as resolved. Resolved comments get a different icon. Then it is resolved for both sides. Marking a comment as resolved is optional. It makes it easier to identify which comments need attention and which do not.
To mark a comment as resolved, click on the “Resolve” icon. The criterion is then marked with the “Resolve” icon. The comment becomes resolved only for the company which marked the comment as resolved, the comment is not resolved for the other party.Both parties may mark the same comment as resolved independently.
In the Comments section, it is possible to filter only the unresolved comments. This way the user may only see the comments which need attention.
