From the Definition tab, you can send a request to your business partner. All new attribute comments will be included in this inquiry.
Go to Definition and click Send a request.
A pop-up screen opens:
In the upper part of the window, you will find some basic information: the name of the form, the sender and the recipient. Under Message, you can leave more questions/comments, but this is not mandatory. All comments left for specific attributes can be found at the bottom of the window.
Click Send to send an e-mail request to your partner. The table with the attribute comments will be sent as a part of the email. Your business partner can see your remarks without logging into the Portal.
