We are glad to inform you that the latest version 3.10.17.2 of the Supplier's Guide is out now. Below is the list of issues that were part of this upgrade.
Project - Supplier's Guide
Version - 3.10.17.2
Planned Release Date - Mar/12/26
•Supplier's Guide LIVE. In Settings → Contact for Supplier’s Guide LIVE, certain contacts could not be deleted. After selecting the contact and clicking Delete, an error message appeared and the contact remained.
•Administration.
oDeactivating a supplier company from Admin → Company Management → Companies did not work. Even after turning off the “Valid” flag and saving, the company still appeared as an active supplier.
oVendors were able to edit the hint text in the Ingredients comment column on specifications, even though only issuers were meant to control these predefined hints and column labels.
oCompany Administrators could not see the “four‑eyes” approval counter on the specification definition page, even though Admin and Admin 4‑eyes roles were supposed to have the same visibility.
oWhen a new field for a Section was created in Admin → Manage Templates for a material form, existing Section fields on that template disappeared from the configuration.
oCriteria created in Admin → Manage Templates did not appear in the corresponding mapping table, so new criteria could not be mapped as expected.
oChanges made under Settings → Permissions were not visible until the user manually cleared the browser cache.
•Master Form.
oDeleting a column in a section category in the Master Form editor did not synchronize correctly to reporting, so reports did not reflect the removed column.
oAdding a new column in a section category in the Master Form editor did not synchronize correctly to reporting, so reports did not include the new column.
•Forms. The salutation “None” appeared in reports, emails, and in the inbox under Forms, so some recipients saw “None” as a title instead of no salutation.
•Recipe.
oIngredient quantities in Supplier’s Guide showed 14 decimal places, but after specification release only 10 were visible, while PDM only supported 3. This mismatch created inconsistent values. In addition, a value that was visible on the uploaded specification changed to an empty field after release.
oIssuers could not see ingredient attributes on specifications, while vendors could see the same ingredient attributes for the same specification.
•Dashboard. The filter controls displayed double arrows next to some filters.
•Manufacturer. The list showed some manufacturers as approved based on their icon, although in the database they were not approved. This made the Manufacturer status confusing for users.
•Repository. After using the “update document” function in the Repository for a document linked to a released specification, the notification email stated that the specification status changed to “Draft in process”, but in Supplier’s Guide the specification remained in “Released” status.
Looking forward to hear your feedback.
Thanks,
Team Supplier's Guide
