3.10.17.3

We are glad to inform you that the latest version 3.10.17.3 of the Supplier's Guide is out now. Below is the list of issues that were part of this upgrade.

Project - Supplier's Guide

Version - 3.10.17.3

Planned Release Date - Apr/23/26

Features

Administration: Suppliers are no longer permitted to add comments to specifications that have the status "released accepted."

oWhen attempting to comment, a message appears: "This functionality was disabled by the issuer, please contact the specification requestor." The same restriction applies when attempting to create a new version. Issuers retain full commenting capability.

File Manager: The File Manager now supports uploading .csv files to the F drive. Previously, CSV files were rejected due to a missing entry in the allowed file type list. Users can now attach CSV documents as part of their daily workflows, such as Safety Data Sheet creation.

Declaration: Restriction on linking Declaration of Conformity (DoC) to specifications.

oSuppliers can no longer link a Declaration of Conformity (DoC) to a specification. Only issuers have the ability to link a DoC to a specification.

Reporting: Contact position in reporting.

oThe contact position is now included in the contacts section of Supplier's Guide reports. The implementation follows the setup defined in the Reporting Configurator.

Master Form Editor: Read-only criteria management in Master Form Editor.

oThe Master Form Editor now supports managing read-only setups for criteria. Users can set specific criteria as read-only and modify the read-only status as needed. Changes are saved and reflected directly in the Master Form Editor.

Bug Fixes

Ingredients:

oA specification could not be released because a red dot incorrectly indicated missing mandatory information in the Ingredients section after a sub-tab was removed from the template.

oIngredient quantity values displayed an excessive number of decimal places in Supplier's Guide after upload, causing a mismatch with the values shown in PDM.

Registry: Suppliers with a UK-based company were unable to complete their registration because the system rejected valid UK VAT IDs with false error messages.

Master Form Editor: The input field for the criterion name in the Master Form Editor under Attributes appeared too narrow when adding a new criterion.

Looking forward to hear your feedback.

Thanks,

Team Supplier's Guide
