We are glad to inform you that the latest version 3.10.18.3 of the Supplier's Guide is out now. Below is the list of issues that were part of this upgrade.
Project - Supplier's Guide
Version - 3.10.18.3
Planned Release Date - Aug/27/26
•The module now separates Declaration of Conformity (DoC) templates from Specification templates to allow independent creation, section layout, and content management of DoC forms.
•It enables the upload of Declaration of Conformity (DoC) specifications directly from PDM into the Supplier's Guide.
•It improves the Declaration of Conformity selector on the Material Parameter tab by widening the dropdown control, adding real-time search, and displaying specification status.
•It restricts comment resolution in the Supplier's Guide so that comments can only be resolved by users belonging to the company that originally created them.
•It displays ERP numbers in the Declaration of Conformity selector dropdown and enables searching for specifications by ERP number.
•Pre-filled laboratory data was not transferred from PDM to the Supplier's Guide portal upon submission.
•Removing empty lines and spaces while editing criterion text in the Master Form Editor was not saved.
•Master Forms failed to open for editing in the master form editor when calculation algorithms referenced non-existent criterion IDs.
•Changing the template type filter under Templates did not automatically update the displayed list of templates.
•Laboratory data method and comment values were not uploaded to the Supplier's Guide fields.
•Sending a request with an empty comment field generated unexpected follow-up email notifications.
•Uploaded documents did not appear on the specification definition page until the user clicked the Save button.
•The system automatically rejected new specification versions even when no actual document or content changes occurred between consecutive versions.
Looking forward to hear your feedback.
Thanks,
Team Supplier's Guide
