3.10.19.1

We are glad to inform you that the latest version 3.10.19.1 of the Supplier's Guide is out now. Below is the list of issues that were part of this upgrade.

Project - Supplier's Guide

Version - 3.10.19.1

Planned Release Date - Oct/08/26

Feature

•Language mapping between SpecPDM and Supplier Guide. Supplier Guide introduces a new language mapping type in the interface settings to support bidirectional synchronization with SpecPDM.

oWhen language codes differ between SpecPDM and Supplier Guide, the system automatically translates and maps them during data upload and download. This ensures that multi-language ingredient and specification data transfers accurately and seamlessly across both systems without data loss or language code mismatch.

Bug Fixes

•Ingredient searches returned and allowed the selection of ingredients from languages other than the currently selected interface language.

•Users experienced noticeable delays when navigating between sections and saving form entries throughout Supplier's Guide.

•The Country and Company Unique Identifier type fields were not marked as mandatory during company registration, which prevented suppliers from completing the submission.

•The synchronization interface stopped responding and caused high system resource usage when processing material records with invalid vendor email addresses.

•Registration errors caused previously entered email addresses to be treated as already taken, blocking invited users from joining their company.

•Multi-factor authentication was not consistently enforced upon login for some approved user accounts.

•Downloading specifications from Supplier's Guide to SpecPDM through the interface failed with a transaction error.

•Previous comments from earlier specification versions unexpectedly reappeared when suppliers edited newer revisions of a specification.

•The bulk allergen selection prompt appeared on allergen categories that did not contain the "Present as" column.

•Moving criteria between categories in the Master Form Editor failed to synchronize properly with the Reporting tool.

•Reordering categories in the Master Form Editor caused report sections to display out of order and locked the affected categories in the Reporting tool.

•Creating a new user with an existing email address generated duplicate entries instead of linking the account.

•Ingredients containing E-numbers longer than 30 characters failed to transfer from SpecPDM to Supplier's Guide due to a character length mismatch.

•The Company Management page in the administration area experienced slow loading times when opening or refreshing.

Looking forward to hear your feedback.

Thanks,

Team Supplier's Guide
