The data selection display can be executed in two options: Operating in the Change Mode (or Ausführen im Änderungsmodus) or Active On.
Operating in the Change Mode
In case a user is in the editing mode in the GTIN-Connector© and the application is entered by another user concurrently, the following notification is generated:
The required object is currently locked by another user and remains in Read Only mode. You may decide whether you would like to start in Read Only mode by clicking 
, or cancel (
) this operation.
If the GTIN-Connector© is to be launched in Read Only mode, then the checkbox needs to be unchecked.
Active On
The current date in which you are using the program is the default for this mode. If you want to display the status of the material on a certain date, then the respective date should be entered in the date textbox.
If several users are to edit data in the GTIN-Connector©, you can permit this by placing a check mark in this field.
However, each user must reserve a range of material numbers via the material number selection. For example, from 100 to 200 and the other user from 201 to 300. Pictured below, the desired Material and/or GTIN can be selected individually or as a range.
Finally, if you do not wish to display the deleted products, place a check mark in this box:
