If upon the launch of a profile you receive this display, then a new distributor has sent you CIC-Messages. Now you must edit the MSG-Filter Spreadsheet in order to process the unprocessed IDOC's. For more information regarding CIC Messages, refer to the article titled MSG-Filter.

Following the status change and entry of the partner name, save the processing via button 
and exit the processing via button 
. Subsequently, the post-processing of the IDOC will trigger the relevant distributor GLN and processed in accordance to the indicators.
