Selection of adequate profile
If upon the launch of a profile you receive this display, then a new distributor has sent you CIC-Messages. Now you must edit the MSG-Filter Spreadsheet in order to process the unprocessed IDOC's. (see here)
Change the relevance in correspondence with the level required for the processing of the CIC of the distributor.

▪1 the CIC will be inherited and affecting the status (Synchronized or Review)
▪2 the CIC will be inherited yet not affecting the status

▪9 the CIC are not subject to processing
Here you can insert the name of the trading partner
Following the status change and entry of the partner name, save the processing via button 
and exit the processing via button 
. Subsequently, the post-processing of the IDOC will be triggered to the relevant distributor GLN and processed in accordance with the indicators.
Operation Options
Execute in Update-mode
In case a user is in the editing modus in the GTIN-Connector© and the application is entered by another user concurrently, the following notification is generated: The required object is currently locked by another user and remains in Read Only mode.
You may decide whether you would like to start in Read Only mode or cancel this invocation.
If the GTIN-Connector© is to be launched in read mode, then the check mark needs to be removed.
Active at
Current date is the default. If you want to display the status of the material on a certain date, then the respective date should be entered here.
selective block
If several users are to edit data in the GTIN-Connector©, then you can permit this by placing of a checkmark in this field. For this, however, each user must reserve a range of material numbers via the material number selection. For example, from 100 to 200 and the other user from 201 to 300.
Skip fully deleted GTIN's
If a checkmark is placed here, then the deleted and depublished products are not displayed.
