In the Inspection plan tab, you can define all data needed to create a test plan in a structured manner. Inspection plan instructions are needed for the QA system (LIMS).
Each Master data object can have a number of different suppliers. Each supplier provides their own specification data for the Master data object. These data can be obtained directly from the portal. Therefore, laboratory data such as microbiological and analytical findings can be transferred directly into the inspection plan. For an inspection plan to be valid, a product and supplier is required. A separate inspection plan can be created for each connection.
To create an inspection plan, the following objects must be set up in SpecPDM:
•Master data object: Can be created via Master data/Definition.
•Partner data: Partners can be created via Administration → General → System Settings → Partner structure.
•Master data Test Plan: Can be defined via Administration → General → Additional Settings → Master-data test-plan.
•Test criteria: Criteria can be created via Administration → General → Products → Criteria structure.
