Each basic report dialog contains four buttons with the following functions:
1)Preview: Click this button to preview the specified report in a pdf viewer.
2)Export: Click this button to save the report directly to your hard drive.
3)Print: Click this button to print the specified report using the default printer (direct printing is possible only with having Foxit Reader pre-installed).
4)Cancel: Click this button to exit reporting.
You can mark the multilanguage checkbox to print the information in the various languages. The information that is generated in the report will display according to how they are entered in PDM. Therefore, if a Recipe contains Master Data records have English and German trade names, these records will show in their respective languages on the report.
