1)Type: Select a relevant type.
Area: Select a relevant area.
Group: Select a relevant group.
2)Processing status: Select a relevant processing status or use the 
buttons to select/unselect all statuses.
Control status: Select a relevant control status or use the buttons to select/unselect all statuses.
3)Partner: Select a relevant partner.
4)Sort by: Sort the report data either per Providers or Product structure.
