The multilanguage specification works the same way as the 'standard' one, but you can additionally select multiple data languages. The information on the specification will be presented in all the selected languages. For more information about Master data specifications, see Reporting/Master data/Specification.
For reports that require multiple languages, users can choose to displays the languages' respective country/language codes. These codes can be printed before attributes and/or ingredients.
In the Ingredients → Select parameter section or Attributes → Select parameter section of the reporting profile, clicking the checkbox marked "Print language codes" enables the language code function.
The produced report will display the appropriate language codes:
1.Attributes Section. If the new check box is ticked → the language codes will print for ALL attributes (that are selected under Criteria).
•The codes print before Selection, Selection description, Note 1, Note 2, Note 3 and Note 4.
•The codes do NOT print before the units.
•The codes do NOT print before Yes/No.
2.Ingredients Section. If the new check box is ticked → the language codes will print before:
•Trade definition
•Ingredients list
•Ingredients continuous text
•Ingredients comment
•Ingredient Allergen statement
•Allergen note
•Claims
•Show list of allergens that are present in the ing.
•Declaration
•The language codes will NOT print for Ingredients (table section) and Numbers.
