As a vendor, you have the following editing options:
•Print: After you fill out the form, you can view a preview of the finished specification by clicking on this button.
•Release: By clicking on this button, you can send the finished form back to your business partner. After you release the form, you cannot edit it anymore, it will remain locked.
•Edit: Click on Edit to unlock the edit fields and fill in the data.
•Send request: You can add various attribute comments to the form and then send these to your business partner, without releasing the form.
After you click on Edit, the list of control elements changes:
•Save: The data you entered will be stored.
•Cancel: The data you entered will be discarded.
