The source data pool will return confirmation messages for (CIP) publication requests. For any successfully sent message the data pool will confirm successful receipt. In this section the user can view the statuses of all previous publications.
1.Search: Use the search field for fulltext search. Separate multiple search terms with commas.
2.GTIN: Global trade item number.
3.Product ID: Internal product identification number.
4.Name: Official product name. Click on the name to display the Product Details.
5.Brand name: The brand name of the producer.
6.Recipient: The list of recipients can be managed via section Recipients.
7.Unit: The packaging type code.
8.TM: Target market code.
9.Confirmation date: The date and time when a receipt of the message was received by the system.
10.Response date: The date and time when the recipient responded to publication.
11.Response: Recipient's response type.
•Submitted: The data was submitted, but still needs to be confirmed by the data pool.
•Synchronised: The data is integrated, synchronized and added to the synchronization list.
•Received: The data has been received by the Recipient, but no business decision has been made.
•Rejected: The data will no longer be synchronized nor will updates be provided.
•Review: A request to the data provider to review their data because the data recipient has received discrepant data which they cannot synchronize.
