This option allows you to print or export information about the selected Master data object into an Excel sheet containing descriptions in multiple languages.
1)The description for these basic functions can be found in Reporting → Functions & Processes → Working with Basic Reporting Dialogs.
2)Provider: Select a provider from the list of available providers related to the Master data object. For more details, see Reporting → Functions & Processes → Working with Profiles.
3)Rel.: Select the Release version of the provider.
4)Profile: Select which profile should be used for report settings.
5)Other section settings: Additional settings for the report. The function of this button is described below.
If you want to proceed to advanced settings for this report, select the Other section settings button in the Multilanguage export to excel dialog.
You will be transferred to the following dialog:
In the Languages section, select the desired language(s) for the report. You may also be prompted to select the languages in a separate Languages window from the initial screen.
The generated report will display the information in each of the languages you have selected, shown below.
Important: Please be advised that the report cannot generate if there is no existing assignment associated with the Master data. Before generating the report, commit an assignment to the record. |
