The SFC tab of the Calculation module is used to calculate the solid fat content of the materials used in Recipe → simulation. The SFC values can be defined for each component in reference to the supplier.
Here, under the SFC tab, the following data are listed: SFC-Oil, SFC-Laurics, N05, N10, N15, N20, N25, N30, N35, N40.
Note: See section SFC settings to learn how to configure SFC criteria and program parameters before using this feature in Calculation. |
Once the values are set for each recipe component, SFC will be calculated by clicking on the button Calculate .
1)Module Toolbar: For more information, see Calculation → Functions & Processes → Basic Calculation Functions.
2)Recipe/Simulation: Switch between data from the Recipe or Simulation module.
3)Components: All components included in the recipe are displayed. Their percentage share is also displayed.
4)Graphical representation of SFC: The graph is reloaded each time Calculate is selected.
5)Right-click context menu:
Calculate: Calculate SFC.
Adjust percentage: Set percetage to 100.
Load from recipe: Load percentage, components, etc.
Before you start, make sure the relevant program parameter is set up correctly by the system administrator.
The criteria have to be assigned to Master data/Rec. param. This can be done globally via Administration → Global criteria. Their order is crucial.
