Default Briefing

Define briefing procedures with reference to certain project types. When a new project is assigned a project type, the briefing criteria configured for this project type in this dialog are automatically applied to this project in Project/Briefing/Definition.

Note: Changes made in this dialog will not affect any already existing projects. Default briefing is aimed specifically at newly created projects.

Administration_Briefing

1.Search: Search for criteria from the criteria structure.

2.Criteria selection: Navigate through the criteria structure and use double-click to assign criteria to the selected project type (3). You can find more information about the criteria structure in the article Administration/General/Criteria structure.

3.Project type: Select the project type to assign criteria. Project types can be defined via Administration/General/Project type/group.

4.Right-click context menu:

Delete: Remove criterion from the list of assigned criteria.

Move up: Move the criterion one place up the list.

Move down: Move the criterion one place down the list.

5.Public: The documents assigned to the criterion will be classified as public.

Mandatory document: It is required to associate a document to the criterion.

6.OK: Confirm changes.

Close: Close the dialog.
