Stages

The Stages tab offers a graphic overview of particular project stages. You can also add or remove activities for each stage, as well as change their status.

1.Quick Access Toolbar: For more information, see Project/Functions & Processes/Basic Project Functions.

2.Stages: Stages (activity groups) can be added in the tab Project/Activities → sub-tab Details. Each stage represents a group of various activities (3).

3.Activities: Activities can be inserted directly from this tab or tab Project/Activities.

Note: Each stage or activity is technically a criterion. Criteria can be created and managed via Administration/General/Criteria structure.

4.Stage end date: The stage end date represents the end date of the last activity belonging to the stage. The end date can be defined in Project/Activities.

5.Right-click on a stage to associate it with another activity.

6.Right-click context menu. Appears when an activity is selected.

Add activity: Insert an activity.

Delete activity: Delete selected activity.

Not started/Ongoing/On-hold/Done/Completed: Change the status of the activity. The color of the box will change accordingly. The status which is currently selected will be grayed out in the context menu.
