Using Cart

The Cart function can be used for collecting objects for procurement purposes.

1.In order to be able to send the contents of the cart, the user has to define recipients as SpecPDM users, and enter their e-mail addresses in Administration/General/User → field E-mail 1.

2.Add items that need to be purchased to the cart via right-click → Add to cart.

3.When done adding items to cart, open the right-click context menu and select Cart.

4.Select a recipient from the drop-down list (1) and enter the text of your e-mail in the Comment field (2). You can also have the e-mail sent to yourself by selecting checkbox CC: to me (3). Enter the quantity in kilograms and your comment in the respective fields (4). You can remove individual items from the cart using the button Delete (5), or via right-click → Delete. When you are ready to send your e-mail, click Send (6).
