This tab displays all the raw materials available from the development of recipes.
1)Module Toolbar: For more information, see Declaration → Function & Processes → Basic Declaration Functions.
2)Designation: The names of the Master data used in the recipe.
Master no.: The Master data number of the component.
Percent: The percentage of the component in the recipe.
Quantity: The quantity of the component in the recipe. The function can be enabled/disabled by the system administrator using a specific program parameter.
Trade name: The ingredient's trade name. Trade names can be managed via Administration → General → Trade Name Settings → Trade Definition.
Ingredients %: The percentage of the ingredient in the recipe. The trade name component does not necessarily have to consist of 100% of its ingredients (e.g. in Master data/Ingredients it is possible to create lemon sorbet that consists of 60% lemon juice and 70% water). If this happens, the ingredient's font color changes to red.
Ingredients per material: A list of all ingredients used in the component (Master data).
Rating: A Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points rating.
3)Right-click on a line with a component to see it in the hierarchy of the recipe.
4)The Ingredients per material column may contain a very long list of ingredients that does not fit in the column. Click and hold in the column to see the expanded view of the list.
