The Bill of materials dialog is used for displaying a summary about the recipe draft along with all components, such as raw materials, semi-finished products, packaging aids, weight gain and loss components, as well as additives (dissolved up to the lowest level of raw materials with master number and assigned quantities).
1)Module Toolbar: For more information, see Recipe → Functions & Processes → Basic Recipe Functions.
2)Materials: The recipe in a hierarchical structure with all sub-recipes and components.
3)Material details: Contains such details as identification numbers, quantity, weight and HACCP class. A grey color indicates sub-recipes, a red color unreleased, and a black color indicates released Master data components.
4)Right-click in this dialog opens the ability to change the table format:
Edit Columns: Show or hide columns. It is also possible to rename columns by double-clicking on their name.

Note: Unreleased recipe components are displayed in a different color (by default red). The color can be defined separately for Master data objects and Recipes using designated program parameters. |
