By using the Declaration module, you can create ingredients lists, declaration information (information based on selected criteria), GDAs (Guideline Daily Amounts) and allergen information. Connect these 4 components to the source recipe and turn this recipe into a finished product. The information is then used in the product specification and on the packaging of the finished product.
Here, you will find the following sub-tabs through which you can modify recipe data:
•Selection: Contains basic data of a selected recipe.
•BOM: The bill of materials = list of recipe components.
•Raw materials: The list of raw materials (Master data objects), their percentage in the recipe, and ingredients.
•Ingredients: Create ingredients lists.
•Declaration: Provide declaration information.
•GDAs: Create/edit preparations including GDAs.
•Allergens: Create allergen declarations.
•Max. dosage: Contains information about maximum dosage.
•Assignments: Connect ingredients lists, declaration information, GDAs and allergen information to your recipe.
Note: Before you proceed to the description of each of the tabs, please see Declaration/Functions & Processes/Basic declaration functions for an overview of all basic functions used across all Declaration tabs. |
