In the namesake tab Costing, you can find detailed costing information originating from Base data batch size, Time base quantity, Planned batch unit conversion, and Recipe/Definition. Costs are calculated from component costs to produce the required quantities. Quantity corresponds to the recipe Base quantity that was specified during recipe creation.
The Costing tab contains five sub-tabs:
Materials (Master data objects) used as components of the selected recipe are shown according to their product group (Administration/General/Product structure). The summation is carried out for these components: material costs, variable, and fixed overhead costs including marginal production costs (excluding fixed costs), and total price (currency related).
This section contains all material components together with their quantity and prices.
